I had my first practice with the MCC band last night; that went very well. No one's winning a Grammy, but they all worked hard, and they sounded good. It's nice to be doing something with my talent. It does take some time, especially as I don't know any of the music yet, but I'm sure I will pick it up quickly enough.
My back reached the limit of pain yesterday morning, and not it's been slowly easing away. I think I'll be okay riding a bike again, but I have to wait for mine to get out of the shop first. Really hoping I don't lose any of this forward momentum I've had from the exercise.
